Assistant professor of political science, 2002-present. Author of Executive Orders and the Modern Presidency: Legislating from the Oval Office. Co-author of "Belonging, Behaving, and Believing: Assessing the Role of Religion on Presidential Approval" in Political Research Quarterly and "Networking in the Shadow of Hierarchy: Public Policy, the Administrative Presidency, and the Neoadministrative State" in Presidential Studies Quarterly. Research interests include the president's unilateral powers and the administrative presidency. Teaches the American presidency and public policy. Dr. Warber also teaches public policy seminars in Clemson's Ph.D. Policy Studies program.
