Pizza Hut first arrived in Clemson in the early 1970's, and was first located on the ground floor of the two-story portion of what is now the Tiger Town Tavern on College Avenue. Around 1976, they moved to a custom building on what was then the Highway 123 By-Pass, now Tiger Boulevard, and remain in business at that location today.
