Redfern Health Center is the on-campus medical center. It has doctors' and nurses' offices as well as a pharmacy, women's health center, radiological capabilities, and houses the Counseling and Psychological Services, also known as CAPS. It is also a good place to go to in case you are suffering from illness, fatigue, and other health related problems.

It is named for Dr. Alexander May Redfern, Clemson Agricultural College's first surgeon.
