The Burger Joint

BGR-The Burger Joint is a hamburger restaurant is located on the main strip of downtown Clemson, on College Avenue. The location was formerly occupied by Ancheaux's. Although part of a chain, this is the only BGR location in the state of South Carolina.

The restaurants's menu features a variety of burgers, as well as vegetarian, tuna, and lobster options. Unique to this town is the "Clemson Burger", created for the Tigers. Trivia is featured on Tuesday, 8 - 10 p.m. Less abusive than our friend at Tiger Town Tavern.

The Clemson Burger ($9.00), a pimiento cheeseburger with a shot of the Joint's signature horseradish Mojo sauce, is featured as one of The State's Top 10 Burgers in the South Carolina People & Places section of the May 2012 issue of Southern Living magazine.
