Dr. Walter Ligon is a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He usually teaches upper level courses such as ECE 327 - HDL and other stuff, ECE 329 - Operating Systems, ECE 453 - Senior Comp E Design, and ECE 493 - Special ECE topics (Parallel Systems). He has extensive experience with his courses, is willing to help trouble-shoot code, and you can learn a lot if you care to. But none of these are ever an easy A.
