Then, after saving the new page for the Foo Project, you need to edit the page again. You should remove this explanatory text and also delete any unnecessary sections. Finally, you need to customize the new Project page by adding information specific to your new Project. Some ClemsonWikians have formed a project to better organize information in articles related to The ClemsonWiki. This page and its subpages contain their suggestions; it is hoped that this project will help to focus the efforts of other ClemsonWikians. If you would like to help, please inquire on the talk page and see the to-do list there.

For more information on ClemsonWiki Projects, please see ClemsonWiki:Project and ClemsonWiki Project best practices.

Title[edit]

ClemsonWiki Project on Clemson

Scope[edit]

This project is intended to serve as the focus point for participation in editing the ClemsonWiki. As such, it is the highest level ClemsonWiki Project, and all future Projects should be children of this project.

The scope of the project is all things related to Clemson University, the City of Clemson, and the surrounding region and community. The ClemsonWiki is based off of the Wikipedia, a collaborative attempt to build an online encyclopedia. It is not, however, contained within the Wikipedia's main project, but is a stand-alone project.

Parentage[edit]

This is the highest level ClemsonWiki Project.

Descendant ClemsonWiki Projects[edit]

No descendant ClemsonWiki Projects have been defined.

Structure[edit]

Hierarchy definition[edit]

For an outline of the categorical hierarchy of the Project, see ClemsonWiki:Project Clemson/categories

Goals[edit]

The goal of this Project is to provide a collaboratively written, online compendium of information relating to Clemson University, the City of Clemson, and the surrounding community.

Projects[edit]

  1.  ?

This section is for organizing group projects

Tasks[edit]

For anything smaller or more specific than projects and anything that individuals can work on. Usually this is a list of individual articles.

Adopt an article[edit]

You might want to "adopt" an article. This would involve doing the research, writing, and picture-taking (if possible) for either a non-existent article or a stub. Of course, everyone else can still edit an adopted article, and you can work on other things too, but the idea is to find a focus for a while, to try and build up the number of quality articles the Project has produced.

New ClemsonWiki articles related to Project Clemson[edit]

Please feel free to list your new Project Clemson-related articles here (newer articles at the top, please). Listing the articles often gets other editors to help improve and expand a new article.
