Dr. Walter Batchelor Ligon III is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He received his Bachelor of Science in 1987, his Master of Science in 1988, and his PhD at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1992. He usually teaches upper level courses such as ECE 327 - HDL and other stuff, ECE 329 - Operating Systems, ECE 453 - Senior Comp E Design, and ECE 493 - Special ECE topics (Parallel Systems). He has extensive experience with his courses, is willing to help trouble-shoot code, and you can learn a lot if you care to. But none of these are ever an easy A.
