First Citizens Bank is a bank located on the southeast corner of the intersection of the Old Greenville Highway and US 76 in Clemson. As of 2010, it is the only banking operation in town that still bears its original name, all other similar institutions having been merged into new operations or having been taken over by new owners.

The original First Citizens Bank location opened in a free-standing building on the southeast corner of Lakeview Plaza on the 123 By-Pass (now Tiger Boulevard) in 1984. Due to congestion at that site, the bank moved to a newly-constructed building on the Old Greenville Highway in June 2009. This had been the location of Kelly's Gulf / BP service station from September 1962 to November 1999, when it closed to make room for the widening of SC 93.

As of mid-September 2010, the original First Citizens location on Tiger Boulevard is undergoing renovation.
