Tiger Towne Village (TTV) is the former Fraternity Village for Clemson University. As of May 18th, 2005, Clemson University's lease of the Village ended. It is now open to the public for leasing via Clemson Properties, LLC for $900 a month.
There are three roads in TTV: Orange Court, Purple Court, and White Court. Each unit is a duplex and contains 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 ceiling fans, a stove and oven, microwave, two kitchen sinks, a refridgerator, a dishwasher, a washer, and a dryer.
Tiger Towne Village is located off of Old Stone Church Road approximately a quarter mile from the intersection of US 76 and approximately one and a half miles from the intersection of Cherry Road and Perimeter Road.
