R3 is the residential parking lot located near the football stadium, off of Silas Pearman Blvd. It is a popular parking location for many west campus residents. A residential parking permit is required and this lot is closed to students beginning 24 hours prior to kickoff for football home games. All cars must be relocated to R1 or the designated overflow location.
