Backstreets is one of Clemson's bars, founded in 1992, located on top of and behind Overtime. Convenient since they are both owned by the same person. The interior of Backstreets is decorated with items that befit an antiques shop, including a cigar store Indian. Check out the stained glass windows, including a Grateful Dead "Steal Your Face", done by Pete Matsko, the proprietor! All other the stained glass windows have been built on the premises by artist-in-residence Emily Fazio and her students.

As a matter of usual choice, Backstreets has 12 beers on tap, and roughly sixty brands to choose from, including bottled product.
