Rubin Square is a shopping center in the 300 block of College Avenue in Clemson built in 1989 and is named for the local Rubin family that developed it. It has been sold in October 2008, and the new owner is forcing current tenants to either close or accept a new higher-priced lease. Known business closings include Feet First and Kendall's Boutique. Feet First was shuttered after November 26 and Kendall's closed November 30, 2008. Other businesses include Plaza Suite, Peppino's Pizza, and the Campus Copy Shop.

Palmetto Shades now occupies the Kendall's space.

This site had previously been occupied by a Union 76 service station, and later by Clemson 4-Wheel Center before they built new facilities on US 123 towards Seneca, South Carolina.
