  • 1932: Third Anniversary Banquet of the South Carolina Chapter of Alpha Zeta held at "Clemson Agricultural College". Document from this event was preserved in a scrapbook by Cadet William Fletcher Welch, of Clio, South Carolina, class of 1925, now in Special Collections at the Strom Thurmond Center.
  • 1975: The Library Club, a private nightspot, opens on US 123 By-pass across from the train station, and immediately east of Lamar's. Manager is Charles "Spoon" Huggins. For the next year or so it will become very trendy among students to carry a "Library Card".
  • 1975: The Union sponsors the Third Annual Bengal Ball at the Y Beach. Performances by the Mission Mountain Wood Band with Brothers and Sisters. The Clemson Players, in cooperation with the Dionysia Council, present Eugene Ionesco's The Bald Soprano and The Lesson in Daniel Auditorium at 8 p.m., with free admission.
  • 1978: Former U.S. Congresswoman Bella Abzug appears on campus as part of the Speakers Bureau series, and expounds on young people's participation in activist movements, especially women's rights. The Young Democrats hold a reception after the speech.
  • 1978: Central Spirit holds interviews for the 25 1978-1979 staff positions, 7 p.m - 9 p.m., at the Student Government offices
  • 1978: Registration for both summer semesters, as well as first semester 1978-1979.
  • 1978: The Clemson Players present Lanford Wilson's Hot l Baltimore, the fourth production of the 1977-1978 season, directed by Chip Egan. Free admission with performances in Daniel Auditorium at 8 p.m., April 17-22, except matinee at 3:30 p.m. on April 20.
  • 1980: Orange & White football game; Eighth Annual Bengal Ball held at Y Beach. Rock Mountain and Marshall Chapman perform.
  • 1984: The Clemson University Symphonic Band, directed by Dr. Bruce F. Cook, Director of Bands, performs in Tillman Auditorium at 8 p.m.
  • 2006: The Clemson Players present Sincerely in the Brooks Center Bellamy Theatre, $10 for adults, $5 for students. Performances at 8 p.m., April 18-22, and 3 p.m., April 22-23. ClemsonWiki contributor C. Mark Sublette turns fifty.
  • 2008: The Clemson Players present Oscar Wilde's "The Importance of Being Earnest" at the Brooks Center, at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets are $5 for students, $10 for adults.
  • 2010: The Clemson Wiki main page tallies hit 98,000.
