The Book Cellar

The Book Cellar was a now defunct used book store located on the ground floor at 101 Earle Street in the 1970s and 1980s. It was owned and operated by Mike Campbell and advertised used paperback books and adult magazines. For a time in the late 1980s, he also sold bottles of "Rush". With student apartments located upstairs, a mere stone's throw from the side door of the Tiger Town Tavern, this building saw many interesting activities. Eventually, the management of T3 purchased the 101 Earle Street property, as is, where is, and it now serves a Tigertown outbuilding.
