The Drovers Old Time Medicine Show is a local group of bluegrass musicians who have played for 25 years as of April 2012. While the line-up has changed some over the decades, Ed Campbell has remained at the heart of the group, playing the character of Grandpa on stage. The band allegedly hails from Prater's Creek.

The group has appeared widely at events and venues in the region, including a decade-long run at the Spittoono music festival held at the National Guard armory in Clemson each August.

The Drovers have released several cassettes, at least two CDs on Hymn Records, and one green-vinyl 45 rpm Christmas record, the latter on Spinning Mule Records.
