The James F. Martin Inn is the lodging facility associated with The Conference Center and Inn at Clemson University. Additional facilities in this complex include The Clyde V. Madren Conference Center and the John E. Walker, Sr. Golf Course, as well as Seasons by the Lake restaurant. The 89-room inn replaced the Clemson House as the university's hotel facility after that structure was converted to a residence hall by degrees. With the opening of the new hotel, the remaining lodging space on the seventh floor of the Clemson House was also converted to student housing.

The Madren Center and the Walker Golf Course opened on October 5, 1995. The Martin Inn opened July 28, 1998.

The Martin Inn offers a variety of accommodations in various sizes as well as a hospitality suite on the fourth floor.

The general manager is Sharon Franks. Reservations may be made by calling 888-654-9020. Parents of Clemson students receive preferred treatment.
